Beyond Clean Solutions provides residential and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to recurring cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, post-construction cleanup, power washing, shrink wrapping, and related services in the areas we serve.
Quotes and Scheduling
All quotes are estimates based on information provided by the customer. Final pricing may vary depending on the actual scope, condition, and access of the property. Appointments are confirmed once both parties agree to a date, time, and scope of work.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
Payment
Payment terms are agreed upon at the time of booking. We accept the payment methods described in your invoice or service agreement. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.
Property Access and Safety
Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property. Please inform us of any hazards, pets, alarms, or special instructions prior to service.
Limitation of Liability
Beyond Clean Solutions is insured and takes care in every job. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, items not disclosed before service, or loss due to circumstances outside our reasonable control. Claims must be reported within 24 hours of service.
